300 Review - Prepare for Glory!
The movie was absolutely fantastic ! It came out here one day earlier than the official release date which is tomorrow. I was the first in line. The reserved line that is. And I was rewarded with one great movie. The cinematic's was amazing. The colors, the whole environment is something like that I have never seen in any other movie. The fighting scene's were absolutely fraktastic! Puts The Matrix to shame. Yes I just compared the greatest action movie with this one, which probably would get me a lot of haters. Not that I care. The slow motion battle scene's is what this movie is all about. How it was coordinated, the movements, the blood. It was flawless. It was realistic as well. Makes me really want to see the making of the movie. I'm definitely buying the DVD. As well as the art book that came out with the movie. Oh and better download the comic too from somewhere ^_^
Well if you haven't heard about this movie than your absolutely do have a life! For those of you with a life here's the official plot.
"In 480 BC, the Persian king Xerxes sends his massive army to conquer Greece. The Greek city of Sparta houses its finest warriors, and 300 of these soldiers are chosen to meet the Persians at Thermopylae, engaging the soldiers in a narrow canyon where they cannot take full advantage of their numbers. The battle is a suicide mission, meant to buy time for the rest of the Greek forces to prepare for the invasion. However, that doesn't stop the Spartans from throwing their hearts into the fray, determined to take as many Persians as possible with them."
This my friend's is better than that other Greek movie called Troy which i definitely didn't like but some people did. So if you like yourself some Greek mythology or some bloody great action (and i mean BLOODY!) this is definitely a movie you wouldn't want to miss.

well.. 300 wuz a good movie but i wudnt say it wuz freakin so awesome.. better than the matrix o.o
i wuz a little dissapointed infact. The prodction team of 300 wuz boasting so much that they have created something so creative and very part is unique. but infact the oracle dance is a copy scene from a song and they slowmo and fast sequences were really awesome but they used it far 2 many times.. but i wud say that 300 is a hell of a movie.. btw my fav quote: brave amatuers, they do their part.. top
